Might be unpopular to say but, this one COULD actually be a halfway decent tool if only your local copy could learn your particular style by comparing the sketch layers to final products. Just let it take the tedium of creating a lineart layer for you. Not what they're going for tho obviously,

Ugh! I mean personally I think lineart is one of the most annoying parts of drawing stuff so if I could get a machine to figure out what my sketches are suppose to look like refined that would be cool but not if its tech that's trained on stolen artwork/hurt the environment to use.
