They already ruled that we can't protest them. At least at their homes, at the very least. So we're cooked until we can pack the house and senate. But that'll never happen... Why would we do anything less than destroy ourselves in this speed run to failure?

Indeed they are, there isn't a single Progressive there. There are 6 MAGA justices and 3 Corporate Dems. No good can come out of this kind of group.
