The NY state conviction is dead, and Merchan knows it— his sentencing delay order implies he’s waiting for vacate on appeal. SCOTUS has taken all official acts out of evidence. Convictions on anything will be hard

There wasn’t actually much official acts evidence introduced at trial. A normal court would probably call it Harmless Error (they fucking love Harmless Error, normally). SCOTUS might say it’s not harmless error, but that only earns him a mistrial

Also I’m optimistic as you are about Nov and the future. But. We have to make major changes to the courts. That fight is ahead of us and I’m less optimistic we will win. But we can if we fight.
