Right, like their “evidence” is the gender/racial makeup of hires???? They presuppose that majority white male is the default measure of quality.

Exactly. I posed this question to someone making that claim: Is it your belief that no minority or woman was ever more qualified to hold a position or be accepted into college than any of their white male counterparts? No answer, of course.
