I got free tickets to see The Master on 70mm again in its first run because there were so few 70mm projectors in town the Arclight used one with a shitty lens & every other reel was out of focus. This is my only experience complaining about projection but that’s how it went.

ya, if there is a problem with the projection, theaters will almost always issue refunds if you complain.
