Hi Ian! What do you think accounts for lower dsa engagement? Btw seems like Duluth has a pretty active dsa contingent, which is fun to see.

I'm speaking specifically of my own and a lot of the great folks I met through it. Very supportive of the chapter's efforts but after 7 years of putting 10 hours of work into it every week, a lot of us needed to let a new group take the wheel!
