Fuck deportation. Civil asset forfeiture under the most legally complex and expensive to litigate theory Justice can come up with. Freeze accounts and argue that using them to pay lawyers is an act in furtherance of a conspiracy. Be ugly.

He could just have a "discussion" about "possible investigations" into the judge with some DOJ officials and then make sure the judge hears about it. That, as I understand it thanks to SCOTUS, could never even be brought up in the judge's own court.
