Interesting that he has intepreted "everything that made it possible for working class people to create art has been destroyed by the Tories, so only people who already have wealth can succeed in the field" as "only rich people have the ability to make art".

Like aside from the grossness and absurdity, doesn't this fundamentally misunderstand what "talent" means? Unless this is a US vs UK language difference, schools don't *create* talent.
