It's funny that you say that because I thought about mentioning her vibe too! She's just so chill and beginner-friendly. Like being so pushy or aggressive as a yoga instructor is so weird to me. Like you tell me to breathe and relax and then go drill instructor on me? 😭 Behave!

I miss that studio. I still remember an instructor saying, "where you are is enough", and...phew. Lemme me just go and cry in savasana. I once fell asleep for a hot second in savasana. I didn't snore, but I woke up to people rolling up mats. All they said? "Hey, your body knows what you need."
