Maybe I'm just overly sensitive or emotional today, but them telling you "your body knows what you need" made me cry. 🥲 So I can't imagine how impactful that must have been to you in the moment. Now I'm lamenting the closing of a studio I just learned about today. I hope you find a similar one. 🫂

Me in mountain pose trying to keep it together & not break down. Also, this was after I'd distanced myself from family & traumatic generational bullshit, too. I'd already started therapy and had my lil emotional toolbox so that I wouldn't pass the crap down when I finally did decide to have kids.
