I really wonder, who is it going, "You know, I'd like to spend nearly six million on a home, but on a tiny lot with no privacy at all. But give me ALL THE WINDOWS so everyone can watch me and I'm always looking in my neighbors' yards. Sounds like bliss."

Also, not pictured here (for good reason) are the children's bedrooms, which are wedged in the slant of the roof, so the ceiling is under 5 feet high on one end. You would have to move out once your kids hit puberty. BRILLIANT.
