Yes, that may be a hoax. I am not sure. In many places in Europe menus have been changed to accommodate Muslims. As long as there are choices for people I am all for it. I am just no fan of forcing food choices on people because there are minorities with special needs.

It really depends on why it's happening, I think. I'd guess the biggest pain point would be school lunch contracts. But really, I don't see why they can't just do a 2-3 choice daily menu. They don't have to suck horribly like they USA who just want to starve our kids.
