It’s been a while since I’ve reposted this myself - and that’s because I really hate asking for help. For new followers, about a month ago my abusive home life worsened. It’s given me vivid nightmares almost every night, and my mom is actually here for the whole summer. (More below)

I have been in this situation all my life. Just haven’t noticed it until a few years ago, but it’s gotten worse. It’s mostly mental and emotional abuse from my family. My mom’s also a narcissist, my sister has anger issues, and my aunt is not trustworthy.
