So this is the EGGCONSOLE version of Popful Mail; D4 Enterprise's frankly inexplicable but nonetheless wonderful effort to bring the PC-88 to America. Now these games are classics and we've never seen most of these. The problem is they're untranslated.

Cons: Popful Mail will be entirely in Japanese Pros: This means we get Popful Mail without Working Designs' English translation. Overall a net benefit IMO.
