I just figured out another thing. Someone recently pointed out how using "before:2023" gets rid of junk, but it also disables snippets without skipping current webpages if you use a year in the future. This method doesn't need javascript.

This option might be better or worse. It removes the fake q&a junk, but it doesn't leave out video or image results if there actually is a good match. Links are also slightly different? 1. Crappified full google 2. Umd14 thing 3. Before:2200
