My mother was a TA and my grandmother was a teacher (both in classrooms all her working life and to all of her grandchildren) and this story broke my heart.
The culture war attack on education is an attack on teachers.

Anyone who develops policy that both sides the Holocaust should be as far from elected office as physically possible. Also it is telling that the one policy change that occurred was a ban on recording proceedings. Cause accountability is the problem of course
