Does discussing wages with your coworkers also fall under protected speech? Because I’ve had bosses threaten to fire me over sharing how much I make with coworkers in the same department. It fact it happens at Kroger all the time.

-raises hand- what about clauses that say we forfeit our employee benefits like health insurance, 401k, and ESOP should we be covered under a third party union? Can't tell if that's normal or an attempt to discourage us forming one
