Justice Alito refusing to recuse from January 6-related cases is absolutely unacceptable. It is abundantly clear that his impartiality can reasonably be questioned, and recusing is the only way to begin to restore public trust in this crucial institution.

Nobody needs to meet a "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard. Flying flags associated with a recent (and ongoing?) insurrection at his properties means Alito's impartiality can be reasonably questioned, especially since Eastman said 2 SCOTUS would help delay certification if Jan 6 worked.
