If you have no home, if shelters aren't available, and you cannot legally sleep outside... what other options are there exactly?
Well, apparently according to this SCOTUS, the other option is to be criminalized for being poor and face jailtime.

The level of cruelty on display here is astonishing, all the moreso because they are actually claiming that punishing people for being poor and having no options isn't cruel or unusual punishment.
