Emergency medical care that includes abortion is legal again in Idaho, but only for now. In today’s piece, I explain the Court’s bizarre rush to grant review then equally unusual whoopsies in its decision today. Bottom line: Don’t trust them. Link in replies.

These positive appearing decisions, this being one of them, are merely temporary butt covering moves that allow this matter to come back to the court in ways for them to rule against the government when they get to the merits. Same with mifepristone.
