He was bragging to me that he worked on procurement for an airplane, that most people don't even realize the NYPD has, circling the city constantly with radiation detection equipment in the event of a dirty bomb attack. I'm like... wait, we spend how much, on what!?

I would cut the entire aviation unit. Not even convinced we need helicopters. We have choppers so we can do what with them? Hover over protests and monitor car chases, both of which we aren't supposed to be doing.
