I need to know more. These are potatoes? Are they peeled and, like, roasted? They look tasty but I can’t picture/taste it.

Nutshell: peeled, par-boiled, then cooled. Melted butter and mixed with evoo, season salt, pepper. Tossed potatoes in it. Oven at 400. Heated up a sheet pan in it, then put potatoes on hot pan and drizzled rest of butter mixture on top. Roasted for probably a total of 50-60 minutes, flipping midway
