The pundits are crazy -Biden’s unpopularity is due not to age but to economic concerns, which would dog any D candidate -No prominent D is any more popular than Biden -If the concern actually is mental acuity, a Biden cabinet would be more likely invoke the 25th amendment than a Trump cabinet

ALSO -a Biden withdrawal under duress would weaken any successor by inviting further attacks on them -it alienates a good number of the 14 million people who voted for him in the primaries absolute temper tantrum that makes things worse for Democrats that they wouldn’t reasonably abide
