Just yesterday I was making up silly dialogs in my head. (Go figure.) And salt came up. Then I remembered some well-intentioned chef on TV say something along the lines of, "if you can taste the salt, it's too much salt." I thought to myself, if I can't *feel* the salt, it's not enough.
