Say what you will about Republicans, at least they understand what power is for: Bending the rules of the game in your favor, every day, and breaking them when necessary

So many Democrats, by contrast, act as of the only point of power is the respect and attention it gets them, personally - along with the perks. Would hate to jeopardize that deference by actually exercising any of that power!
