That was one of the things he pleaded guilty to. Moving *28 tons of pot* (while armed) is straight-up organized crime, a game the dude knew he was playing, and knew the rules of. If it had been 28 tons of bootleg cigarettes, he'd have also gone down hard. This is not about criminalizing weed.
