In any other timeframe, they would disavow each other. But right now each side sees it as a win win. Trump needs them to win (maybe) and they need him to carry out their Revengelical hate on the masses, with/through him.

Oh for sure!! I was thinking of the ones who actually see him as the second coming, an honest to goodness pious Christian, as opposed to those who know better but made that win-win deal with the devil for political and/or personal gain.
