Something I just learned rewatching The Office is that the big dance scene at Jim and Pam’s wedding was something they scrambled to come up with at the last minute to replace the original plot: Roy crashing the wedding on a horse to win Pam back, and then Dwight jumping the horse over Niagara Falls.
