I don’t think SCOTUS has any idea what they have wrought. Are the courts now going to take over the entire administrative state? It’s also nice when you combine it with Standing, that companies will have no way of knowing how to comply with laws until they are sued! Great plan!

The Supreme Junta HAS NO REAL POWER to DO anything....if the Executive and Legislative Branches don't support them all they are is a useless bag of fart.....Hell, Andrew Jackson did it in 1833..Biden could do it too...with a strong Congress and a competent ATTORNEY GENERAL....
