The week of June 25, 2013, I was at a gathering of Well-Intentioned People who were jabbering excitedly about the Hollingsworth opinion. Of course, said Well-Intentioned People weren’t even aware of what was at stake in Shelby County, much less what the Shelby County opinion actually said.
