I don’t personally get it, but as long as each woman is comfortable and isn’t forced.
Aside from that you’re effectively just photographing men next to a heavily covered up beautiful woman.

I think the artist is visualizing the oppression she personally felt, not the choice. As an Iranian woman, i can relate to this very much. Maybe much more than the choice, although i respect people choosing to have hijab of course.
