Narcissism is endemic in the US and narcissists are frauds (they have no self) so they work from the (wrong) assumption that everyone is just like themselves (frauds looking to get as much out of a situation or system as they can) narcissists also seek positions of power over others-dangerous

The solution to structural ableism is not Even More Ableism. I find it hard to believe that EVERY SINGLE PERSON who holds these beliefs has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It’s more likely they’re just Nice Normal Neurotypical People who are ableist & use it as an excuse to be cruel.
