THEY THREW AWAY SOMEONE'S MEDICAL DEVICE. That is what dentures are, for those who don't have teeth. Aside from the cosmetic aspect, they enable people to do things like EAT much more easily. Being unhoused often results in nutritional deficits & not having teeth compounds those.
