I agree it’s a shit concession with broad and troubling implications but that would also be true of a decision allowing a bunch of bozos to challenge drug approvals or allowing states to trump federal law with their bullshit bans.

Actually, not bans because there are exceptions that do get used however sparingly (even TX has provided abortions post-Dobbs) and people who need them should know they exist.
