Well, well. Given the current state of the ANC..... I do not think that this is a voluntary move, nor that it is likely to improve the massive problems that country faces. I'm saying that as someone who knows S. Africa quite well and who actually supports UBI.

When CERB ended... there were no riots. I wish Canada was taking a global leadership role in UBI policy. I struggle with the continued refusal of governments to admit UBI is a good thing for the economy and for a country's citizens. *All* of its citizens.
