Can anyone explain to me (from their point of view) why you can't be mainstream American media and also anti fascist? They're anti communist aren't they?

What the other person said... The money changes a lot of hands to a point, and those who have accrued the most wealth over time usually get the final word, and turns out they don't like media that suggests they part w their assets. Owning property & protecting property & living cushy is priority

There's probably a lot of theories, but the one I find most straightforwardly useful and matches my observations is that the ownership class is always buddy buddy with fascism because they think it'll be good for them, and the modern media is very cozy with the ownership class
