The Republican majority Senate wouldn’t have replaced the deceased Antonio Scalia’s vacant seat at all. Ruth Bader Ginsberg might have stepped down earlier or, knowing this, tried to hold on and died anyway. But Anthony Kennedy definitely wouldn’t have stepped down strategically when he did.

Republicans would have done everything they could to sabotage and diminish a President Clinton. Do you think the mainstream media would have correctly highlighted that, let alone Fox News, Sinclair News stations, and outlets even further to the right?
