More to the point, imagine what would have happened in 2020 when Covid, or something like it, hit. How would a Republican Congress, GOP state and local politicians, and likely a still 4-4 or 4-3 Supreme Court have responded to Clinton pushing executive federal action to curtail a deadly pandemic?

“Jade Helm” in 2015 was a conspiracy based on nothing. Can you imagine the sort of mass and elite insurrection that Republicans would have engaged in with a Democratic administration — a CLINTON administration! — trying to push Covid mitigation efforts and a vaccine?
