ah, but in their tremendous foresight, the Supreme Court majority left it up to themselves to determine whether the office of President has done something official and legal or not so which regime sits in the White House will certainly matter a great deal for their purposes

In other words you either elect someone who's going to be a dictator or someone who in theory can be dictator but won't replace any SCOTUS judges and then when he does something they don't like he can be prosecuted?
