73% of mothers with kids under 18 are in the workforce. More than flowers or brunch, working moms need: - Paid family leave - Equal pay - Universal childcare (But get your mom flowers, too)

As a mom of 2 toddlers, I also appreciate a flexible work schedule - eg flexing a few hours to work after typical work hours to makeup for time off for kiddo commitments. And the other stuff you mentioned too. But flexibility is great.
