I have a terrible tension headache, and I can't take NSAIDs. What can I take to get rid of it? 😨

Tylenol might take the edge off. Excedrin is helpful for my friends with migraines (contains aspirin though, so avoid if you can’t take that). Caffeine.

Caffeine + sugar + Tylenol plus some kind of heat/cool/pressure on your neck/shoulders
