We no longer have constitutional separation of powers after the last Supreme Court ruling. A president now has complete immunity if his actions are “official” meaning while holding office. Our democracy is dead. The last think Dems should do is hand power to those who killed it.

I agree for the most part, but then your left with a "benevolent dictatorship" until it's not so benevolent when the next guy takes over.
