What is needed is a set-up like the UN Panel of Experts for the DPRK, sadly vetoed out of existence by Russia in March this year. But what's to stop the EU, US, GB, SK, JPN etc setting up their own version of the Panel of Experts to keep track of sanctions and NK arms sales etc? t.co/wqzZXocTrk
