Wondering if Trump's demented ramblings about Hannibal Lecter are some thinly veiled threat against Biden? Talking about how Lecter dispatched a hated rival. I'm not suggesting that he'd actually stoop to cannibalism, not without absolute immunity anyway. Just wondering if it's some sick fantasy.
