Do you have a sense of where anything goes from here? Like is is possible to give regulatory agencies like the EPA power such that people can't just dump chemicals in the rivers? If it'll be on a podcast in the future, just tell me which one so I can subscribe. :)

From what I’ve seen, you can do that, and then the Court will be able to contort a way around it that even plain language can’t solve in the same way they managed to contrive that the Biden administration exceeded its power by waiving debt under a statute giving power to “waive or modify”.
