I'm bumping up the amount to try to compensate for this gnarly skin infection I have.
I'm pretty ill and I am just hoping that it isn't MRSA, which I'll know in 3 days if it doesn't respond to current antibiotics.

an update: I'm in the hospital now and waiting to get on IV antibiotics. Docs are telling me that I might be here for a couple days.
