Huh. I'm actually the kind of person (cishet dude with narrow sexual tastes) that gets grossed out easily, but I found that piece delightful. It's imagery was too exaggerated and imaginatively humorous to bother me. I suspect nobody's actually offended by it, they just worry that others might be.
