The problem with telling people to "just Google it" is that I'm watching a fight unfold between two camps who both insist their position is correct because they googled it.

I've been trying to unlearn that as a vocabulary word. It's a tough one "I duck duck went" just isn't rolling off the tongue the same way.

For sure. The ai generated answers and stuff now makes the various google opinions even worse.

This was a problem pre-AI too. Someone might have worded it differently or had an algorithm direct them to a wrong source. Too many variables for Google to be reliable ever. Google is how most people do their own research.
