Guess so. It would be a pain for me, but maybe Epping becomes a very frequent straight-through and Leytonstone-Woodford a much more frequent shuttle. Must be a plan somewhere?

Not sure about this case, but I think in general there are too many bottlenecks that exist for historical reasons and we underuse compulsory purchase powers to just eliminate them. If the infrastructure is too narrow, we should just be buying nearby housing on the cheap.
