“Have your partner clean or do the dishes…”. And if one is single & living alone? I was sick for a month with COVID. Life maintenance still had to go on.

Do as best you can. I even mention using disposables, and not feeling guilty about it for once. Our country is not set up to support people’s health, especially in times of crisis. But I’m still going try to help people improve their odds if they can.
